EPTDA members were invited to cast their vote regarding updating the organization’s Bylaws during an Extraordinary Annual General Meeting session, between 19 July – 14 August 2021.
The EPTDA members voted in favour of adopting this new Bylaws, previously approved by the EPTDA’s Board of Directors.
As a next step, the new Bylaws will now be registered at the court and be published in the Belgian Official Gazette. They will become effective starting on October 1, 2021.
