The Belgian nonprofit association law, applicable to the EPTDA, has introduced in the last years some legislative changes. Following these changes, the current version of EPTDA’s Bylaws needed to be updated to make them law compliant. At the same time, this was an excellent occasion to refresh and improve the bylaws’ clarity.
The voting, in which the representatives of each EPTDA member are invited to cast her / his vote on behalf of the respective member, is opened from Monday, July 19, 2021 till August 14, 2021 midnight CEST.
