The health and safety of our members has top priority for us, to which other interests must currently subordinate. The EPTDA Board of Directors have therefore made use of the temporary legal alternative to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting but in the form of a proxy online voting without the physical presence of our members and representatives to avoid a large convention of people.
Sadly, this means we will be unable to offer our usual hospitality, informal access to EPTDA leaders and members, and other social networking and celebrations this year. We look forward to building an even stronger community during these restrictions and welcoming you soon to our usual AGM and Annual Business Conference in 2021.
The online voting will be open from 22 July 2020 till 17 September 2020 (the scheduled date of our AGM 2020).
